John "Jackson" Milne

John “Jackson” Milne is an accomplished Healthcare Benefits Executive with more than 20 years of consulting, management and business development experience who has earned an industry-wide reputation as a subject matter expert and creative developer of benefits solutions for his clients. As President and Senior Consultant at JPM Benefits, Jackson provides employers and their employees, with customized benefit solutions to control costs and ease administrative burdens.

Prior to starting JPM Benefits, Jackson held various management and consulting roles in the insurance and finance sectors. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University and earned his MBA in Finance from Rowan University. Throughout his career, Jackson has been recognized for his strategic leadership, innovative problem-solving, and excellence in client service. He is also deeply committed to his community and actively supports numerous nonprofit organizations.

Senior Consultant

Chris Cano

Chris has spent the last 20 years building relationships with business owners, solopreneurs, CEOs, and executives to enhance their professional and personal brands. His passion is in helping businesses leverage a unique mix of strategic solutions and expertise to foster growth. In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, Chris understands the need for providing the right information and resources to tackle challenges, boost operational efficiency, and offer comprehensive support. Before assuming her current position, Cristina served as an Account Manager at a benefits firm for seven years, where she honed her skills in client relations and benefits management. During her tenure, she successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clients, consistently delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Cristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University. Her extensive professional experience, enables her to navigate the complexities of group benefits with ease and proficiency.
